Which more like a Toupe: Specialized Power or Romin?

I ended up switching out my Toupe for the Specialized Power Pro with Mirror. After I found the right position for the new Mirror saddle–it’s a little further aft than I expected and slightly off level, with the nose slightly down–the Power Pro with Mirror became a near-perfect saddle. It disappears when I ride. I don’t think about it at all, which IMHO is what I think a great saddle should be like.

The first few times on the saddle, it was a bit weird in that it felt like something was missing, but then I realized what was missing was the back of my legs hitting the saddle edge as they did on the Toupe. This Mirror is a 143mm wide saddle, while the Toupe was 155mm wide.

I could buy three Toupe Sports for the price of one Phenom. That’s nuts.

The Toupe was not working, so paying for a saddle that works for me is well worth it.

Not criticizing the decision to spend that much - I’m leaning to a Carbonio Sella Italia - and comparing the Sport version to the Phenom is probably unfair, but the difference is crazy.
